Abstract
This project is a design and fabrication of a multi-legged robot for disaster response for life-surveying in collapsed buildings. This type of robot must operate in uneven terrains as to replace human tasks in such dangerous situation. The process of design and construction covers mechanical, electrical and software engineering. We take real environment into account when defining robot functioning. We perform experiment to verify such mobility accuracy of 5 %. Moreover, leg trajectories under gait generation are analyzed to give more precise movement.
