Sponsors join “Mod Boriraksa” technical demonstration prior to its installation at the hospitals

On 2 July 2020 at the Institute of Field Robotics (FIBO), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT); Assoc. Prof. Dr.Suwit Saetia (President, KMUTT), Asst. Prof. Dr.Montira Nopharatana (Vice President for Industry and Partnerships), Assoc. Prof. Dr.Siam Charoenseang (Director, FIBO) Assoc. Prof. Dr.Djitt Laowattana (Head of Mod Boriraksa Project) welcomed 24 private sectors and 5 philanthropists who offer funds and equipment to support the development and prototype construction of the “Mod Boriraksa” medical robotics platform.

Assoc. Prof. Dr.Djitt Laowattana expressed thanks and appreciation to all supporters who play a part in the development, construction and delivery of  the medical robotics platform to the proposed 9 hospitals nationwide; consist of Ramathibodi Chakri Naruebodindra Hospital, Kanchanaphisek Medical Center, Police General Hospital, Phramongkutklao Hospital, Pattani Hospital, Phutthasothorn Hospital, Chonburi Hospital, Bang Lamung Hospital, and Rayong Hospital. This great support would provide great assistance to the front-line medical personnel who are working during the outbreak in the hospitals.
