In Thailand, the use of computer tablet for education is not widespread. This is because the price of the device is a bit high compare to the income of the most Thai residents. In addition, the useful content is limited. Therefore, to encourage the use and eliminate the limitation, the government provided initial set of the tablets to pilot primary schools under the policy “One Tablet per Child”. In order to extend the scope of this policy to junior high school level, there shall be an investigational study to develop resource preparation and launching plan including evaluation methods. Therefore this pilot project is established so that students, teachers, and any related educational personnel can gain the benefit of this project ultimately.
