The requirement of the Hydro and Agro Informatics Institute (HAII), that wants to study about the urban micrometeorology of Thailand by the information study from the chemical composition of particle. The information was collected from the devices that are installed on the high tower. In order to collect the information, the operator must be brought the device down to replace the filters and analyzed at the ground twice a day (Every 12 Hr.). Therefore, they require the high vertical transport technology currently available for the human replacement.

From the vertical transport system above, it’s similarly to the elevator system. The pulley, wire rope steel and the electric motor are including the system. One side of the wire rope steel is equipped the 3 collection devices to be collected the dust sample at a height of three levels and for the other side of the rope is counter weight as shown in the Figure.
