Vision

The institute is the center for advanced technologies as a part of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. Our vision is to be an internationally acclaimed research center for advanced technologies used in manufacturing processes.

Mission

Our mission is to be the center for advanced technologies used in manufacturing processes in the industry under the King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. The following list is the role of the institute.

1. To motivate and initiate the researches on advanced integrated production systems to serve the industry at present and in the near future.
2. To support knowledge creation and human resources, especially for entrepreneurs and the industry.
3. To coordinate researches and negotiate benefits for government research agencies when conducting joint researches with the industry.
4. To create and establish guidelines for research topics leading to the development of technologies needed for advanced manufacturing processes in the future.
